Our faculty conducts cutting-edge research across diverse areas using methodologies such as modelling, behavioral and field experiments, data analytics, machine learning and surveys. Our department members regularly publish in top-tier journals including Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science and Management Science and serve on editorial boards of prominent journals such as International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.
We organize a regular research seminar series, where leading academics are invited to present their latest research: Marketing Department Research Seminars
The department members contribute to teaching across ESSEC’s flagship programs, including the BBA, Master in Management (MiM), Executive MBA, and Global MBA. We also offer a PhD program designed to prepare students for research-intensive careers in academia.
